Tinai, Gordon & Associates Ltd (TGA) is a long-established civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Matafele, Apia, Samoa. The firm has delivered building and infrastructure projects across Upolu and Savai'i for decades, contributed to the 1992 and 2017 revisions of the National Building Code of Samoa, and recently served as project manager for the ST$24 million Savalalo Market rebuild on the Apia waterfront.
